The Puntland Disability Organizations Network (PDON) operates across the regions of Mudug, Nugal, Karkar, Bari, Rasasayr, Haylan, and Sanag, working to promote the rights, inclusion, and participation of persons with disabilities.

To effectively reach communities in these regions, PDON leverages the structures of its member Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs). Additionally, PDON collaborates closely with the local government structures in each district, ensuring community-based outreach, inclusive programming, and sustainable impact at the grassroots level.

Through this dual approach, PDON ensures that disability rights advocacy, awareness, and services are accessible to people with disabilities across both urban and rural areas of Puntland.
