Meet Our Team

At the Puntland Disability Organizations Network (PDON), our team brings together passionate professionals, elected representatives, and technical experts—all working toward disability inclusion and rights across Puntland.

Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is made up of 9 members, elected every three years during PDON’s General Assembly. These leaders represent our member OPDs and guide the network’s strategic direction and governance.

Executive Team

Elected by the General Assembly every three years, our Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director are responsible for day-to-day leadership and organizational representation at the local, national, and international levels.

Technical Team

Led by the Programs Manager, the Technical Team drives program design and implementation, covering areas such as advocacy, inclusion, capacity-building, and service delivery.

Consultants

PDON engages a team of professional consultants who bring specialized expertise in key areas including physiotherapy and rehabilitation medicine, psychotherapy, and nutrition. These consultants support project implementation, training, and technical guidance to strengthen disability services.

Health Team

Our dedicated Health Team, including the Physiotherapy Department, works to ensure access to rehabilitation, mobility support, and inclusive healthcare for persons with disabilities.

Support Team

Our Operational and Support Team manages administration, finance, logistics, hygiene and Security Support—ensuring effective coordination and smooth running of PDON’s work across all regions.

Together, this team forms the backbone of PDON’s mission to build a more inclusive society where persons with disabilities are empowered, heard, and supported.
